tea with Jane Austen

This past sunday I hosted a few ladies for a proper (or semi-proper) tea and a viewing of the BBC (aka the A&E) version of Pride and Prejudice.  We had homemade scones with jam and cream, cookies, cake and tea of course!  It was so fun and we did actually get through all 327 minutes in one sitting!

Colin Firth is the best Mr. Darcy.  No one can say more with a stare than he can.  My only complaint with this version is the casting of Jane, but besides that it is near perfection!
